Damn! I know that smell you're talking about....shit, I get high on that every night! Ahhhh...breathheeee deeepppp.

Those old Transformes, if they're in good shape, bring in some nice cash...never had any, though.

There are so many toys that disappeared over the years..I guess they went in the garbage...still, makes me wonder why I've got what I do...mainly my Japanese die-cast stuff...a lot of them broken...I've even got a bag of misc. pieces..missles and crap like that. I've also got a tire carrying case filled with Matchbox, Hot Wheels and Japanese cars...most of those are pretty darn beat up. That's the beauty of it, though...we got to play with this stuff! And that's what they were originally meant for! It's cool to collect it now, but the best part was being a kid and playing with it all!The Keeper's Noteshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06530156015052816794noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5937780356476766531.post-57984742306930744642007-08-07T10:12:00.000-07:002007-08-07T10:12:00.000-07:00you lucky bastard you! i had that same 12" inch ch...you lucky bastard you!

i had that same 12" inch chewbacca figure. i believe i already told you i cracked poor chewy in half! i played rough with them old toys. those carrying cases look sweet too! the smell of that cheap rubbery plastic that they made so many toy products with always bring back childhood memories.

i had a bunch of matchbox cars as a kid as well but i remember selling those off in a garage sale..probably for comic book money!

i really didn't do well at saving toys! the last childhood toy i held onto before giving it away was an old transformer...jetfire! i remember it had some weight to it as it was pretty big and made mostly out of die cast metals and hard plastic!Jason Quinoneshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11324204128133025864noreply@blogger.com
